  • A refund request must be made within 14 days of purchasing the course or service.
  • The course must not have been completed or substantially used. If more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, a refund may not be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any completed services, such as custom web design, branding work, or consultations, are non-refundable once delivered or if the project has been significantly progressed.
  • Once a project or service has commenced based on mutual agreement, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion depending on the work completed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@vision.espirevox.com with your order details, reason for requesting a refund, and proof of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. You can write us in English or German.

4. Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, the payment will be returned using the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@vision.espirevox.com, and we will assist you further.
